History

Kimberly (or more commonly Kimmy) Knightdale was born to be in Gryffindor. Sometimes exhibiting her stout belief that good will prevail even when it might be better to keep quiet (such as in the face of annoyed older students), she is outspoken and not suffering from the slightest lack of confidence. She loves her House the way some people do sports teams (speaking of which, no one cheers harder at Quidditch games than Kimmy, who hopes to make Alternate Seeker next year). She got four years worth of the stories of Harry Potter when she arrived at the school, and views him in many ways like the house mascot.

She comes from a wealthy wizarding background. Home is with her father, a doctor of some renown, and her six year old brother Anthony who is deaf. Her parents are divorced, and her mother has gone back to her prestigious French maiden name of Ames. Having two wealthy parents Kimmy is somewhat spoiled, as there is hardly a thing which money can buy that one parent won't supply in their game of trying to buy their daughter's favoritism. Her aunt Cheri Blair is also a doctor, and her uncle, Cheri's husband Arnold, is a member of the Hogwarts Board of Governors.
